2. Privacy
All information provided by you is Confidential and intended exclusively for use by S.C. Promo Business ADV SRL. Any information provided by you will be considered and will represent your express consent that your personal data be used by S.C. Promo Business ADV SRL in accordance with the following purposes:
– Ordering online, respectively invoicing the ordered products.
– Your information about new products, through the newsletter, and the answer of your questions, through the contact form.
Your refusal to communicate the data determines the impossibility of completing the orders, receiving news or answers to the questions you will have. The registered information is intended exclusively for use by S.C. Promo Business ADV SRL. 3. Order processing and delivery
The order processing is made based on the available stocks after receiving the payment confirmation of the advance of at least 50% of the value of the work. When you place the order we will send you the confirmation of the stocks and the delivery times. The delivery is made at our cost through a fast courier or with our delegate only after receiving the difference in the amount.
4. Methods of payment
By order of payment based on proforma invoices we send you after the launch of your order. In parallel with the proforma invoice we sign the contract and the annex for each order.
5. Discount policy
depending on the total value of the order issued we can grant additional discounts as follows:
– 2% discount for orders with values between 1000 and 2000 €
– 3% discount for orders with values between 2000 and 4000 €
– 4% discount for orders with values between 4000 and 8000 €
– 5% discount for orders with values over 10,000 €.
6. Minimum quantity
The minimum accepted order is 50 pcs / landmark. There are situations in which we can order less than 50 pcs / landmark, situations that will be discussed on time.
7. Delivery terms
– 1 – 2 business days for existing products on stock in Bucharest (without registration)
– 2 – 3 working days for existing products on stock in Bucharest (with registration)
– 3 – 5 working days for existing products on external stock (without registration)
– 5 – 7 working days for the existing products on the external stock (with registration), term that may vary depending on the size of the work and the works already existing in production
– 10 – 15 business days for orders importing China by air transport
– 45 – 60 working days for orders importing China by shipment
8. Sample order policy
Before you place an order for a larger quantity of products, you can order a sample of the desired product. The samples are paid when the sample order is launched or when you come to pick them up and they are not returned.
9. Personalization policy
The products purchased from our online store benefit from free graphical simulations (within the limit of two changes). The customization costs are calculated separately following the presentation of the graphic / logo and the desired customization method. The personalization service is only available for orders over 50 pcs / landmark. For the products ordered from us you can opt for our personalization services through screen printing, pad printing, laser and mechanical engraving, thermotransfer, dry stamp or embroidery. The customization cost for each of the above services will be calculated punctually based on the number of prints and the graphic elements given for printing.
10. Copyright
The entire content of the site is the property of S.C. Promo Business ADV SRL and its suppliers. The content – logos, pictures and banners, texts, information and other data – cannot be used, retrieved or copied without the written consent of the owner.
We do NOT sell to individuals, only to legal entities and authorized individuals!
