– FREE shipping for an order of at least 500 ron.
– Free graphic simulations for a minimum order of 50 pcs / landmark or 500 ron
– Discount policy, depending on the total value of the order issued we can grant additional discounts as follows:
– 2% discount for orders with values between 1000 and 2000 €
– 3% discount for orders with values between 2000 and 4000 €
– 4% discount for orders between 4000 and 8000 €
– 5% discount for orders with values over € 10,000
Order processing and delivery:
The order processing is based on the available stocks after receiving the payment confirmation of the advance of at least 50% of the value of the work. When you place the order we will send you the confirmation of the stocks and the delivery times. The delivery is made at our cost through a fast courier or with our delegate only after receiving the difference of the amount.
Personalization policy:
The products purchased from our online store benefit from free graphical simulations (within the limit of two changes). The customization costs are calculated separately following the presentation of the graphic / logo and the desired customization method. The personalization service is only available for orders over 50 pcs / landmark. For the products ordered from us you can opt for our personalization services through screen printing, pad printing, laser and mechanical engraving, thermotransfer, dry stamp or embroidery. The customization cost for each of the above services will be calculated punctually based on the number of prints and the graphic elements given for printing.
Samples order policy:
Before you place an order for a larger quantity of products, you can order a sample of the desired product. The samples are paid when the sample order is launched or when you come to pick them up and they are not returned.
Delivery deadlines
1 – 2 working days for existing products in stock in Bucharest (without branding)
2 – 3 working days for existing products in stock in Bucharest (with branding)
3 – 5 working days for existing products on external stock (without branding)
5 – 7 working days for the products existing on the external stock (with branding), term that may vary depending on the size of the work and the works already existing in production
10 – 15 working days for import orders from China by air transport
45 – 60 working days for orders importing China by sea shipment
Payment methods:
By order of payment based on proforma invoices we send you after the launch of your order. In parallel with the proforma invoice we sign the contract and the annex for each order.
Minimum quantity
The minimum accepted order is 50 pcs / landmark. There are situations in which we can order less than 50 pcs / landmark, situations that will be discussed on time.
