Pad printing is a very commonly used recording procedure that uses a silicone rubber pad as a medium for ink transfer through the following steps:
1. on a photosensitive surface called “cliché” there are “holes” representing the image to be printed through a photo process;
2. the image made on the surface of the clip is covered with ink;
3. a pad with a smooth surface made in different forms of non-absorbent silicone rubber will “lift” the ink from the clip and transfer it to the object. Thus, the key elements of the pad printing process are the pad, the cliché and the ink, which allow the decoration of the object with different shapes and textures.
The inscriptions by pad printing can be executed on different types of media so that, we can offer our clients a very varied range of products. The diversity of the applications makes the pad printing an advantageous printing method, very economical and versatile for many fields of activity. Pad printing can be performed on different types of material (plastic, metal, leather, glass or wood).
Screen printing is the process of registering the flat by separating the reproducible graphics into independent color plans, using screen printing sites made according to computer graphics.
– Advantages: Screen printing offers advantages that are impossible to achieve with other methods of inscription using inks: by means of screen printing you can obtain surfaces inscribed in relief, phosphorescent, resistant in time both to repeated washes and to wear, of dimensions considered to be large. Also the inks used by the find in a variety of models: water resistant, inflatable or Plastex screen printing inks. The printing technique by screen printing has evolved a great deal, nowadays it is possible to reproduce both linear colors and polychrome elements.
Inscribed surfaces: textile, plastic, PVC, glass, metal, non-ferrous alloys, stickers and others.
Thermal sublimation involves the transfer of an image (printed in polychrome) onto a digitally printed surface (special paper printed with sublimation ink) and the transfer of this image onto a polyester textile carrier using the appropriate pressure and temperature. Advantages: Long resistance of the paint on material compared to other printing methods.
UV printing offers a unique solution for small print and on-demand printing. Printers offer unmatched versatility and high quality print reproduction on an almost unbelievable range of materials, products and substrates. Here are some features: Extraordinary print quality and reliability. Direct printing on substrates up to 150 mm thick. Simultaneous white printing. White ink and clear lacquer. Automatic primer application function (for difficult surfaces). 6 color printing plus white and varnish inks. Advantages of UV Printing: There is no product / order limit (you can print only one object). Short time to complete the work. It does not require films, sketches, molds, etc. The very good resolution of the printer allows the printing of images at an incredible quality, a huge range of printable materials, products and substrates. Technical details: Maximum print format: 420 x 300 mm. Object thickness: maximum 150 mm. Print resolution up to 1440 x 1200 dpi. UV printing applications: Promotional customization: pens, lighters, USB stickers, rollers, chargers, plastic business cards (including transparent), colored cardboard, embossed or selective lacquer, loyalty cards / ID cards, CD- gifts, laptops, mobile phones, car fresheners, gifts, rulers, signs, wooden plaques, trophies, control panels for industry, foil stickers, etc.
